It’s official! The iconic Belgrade band Sunshine is ready to hit the main stage of the Belgrade Beer Fest (BBF) again, as the headliner of this year’s festival, on June 21.
After an unforgettable performance two years ago, Sunshine returns by popular demand, ready to bring her electrifying energy and famous hits like “Kokane”, “Žaklina traži sponzora”, “’91 Preview”, “Misli mene gone” and many others.
Frontman Bane Bojović is delighted to return to the city’s biggest festival, promising the audience an incredible show.
“I want to tell the audience to save as much energy as possible until our performance, because after the Beogradski sindikat, an atomic bomb of energy will be dropped at the Sunshine group’s performance. The fans of the Sunshine group already know that, because it is one of the main reasons that Sunshine survives on stage even after 30 years. Of course, there are old hits as well as 2-3 new singles “Da li sam”, “Frka Gori” and “FNP” which make the repertoire as interesting as possible relationship with the audience so that we can all experience the transformation of negative energy into positive energy in one place” – says Bane.
And that’s not the only exciting news from Sunshine! After more than 20 years, the band is preparing its comeback album “Vortex”, which should be released within the year, and the popular crossover hip hop metal group has already “dropped” several teaser tracks. Thus, a year ago the band released the song “Frka gori” in which Aleksandar Saša Mitrović from the legendary hardcore group SMF is a guest, and this year the single “FNP” which thunders throughout the region, so there is no doubt that their performance at the Belgrade Beer Fest will be one of the the most notable!
With a recent 30th birthday celebration, Sunshine proves that age is just a number, and they’re ready to play harder than ever.
As a reminder, the Belgrade beer festival will be held from June 20 to 23 in Ušće, organized by Skymusic, and like last year, entry will be free until 7:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased via the efinity.rs website, the eFinity app, at the box offices of the Belgrade Arena and Dom Omladine Belgrade, as well as at TC Rajićeva (1st floor) and at more than 1,000 Moj kiosks sales points across the country.
