Atomsko Sklonište

Atomsko sklonište is a Croatian hard rock band formed in 1977 in Pula, initiated by poet Boško Obradović. They quickly developed a distinctive sound with socially and politically engaged lyrics. Their debut album, released in 1978, featured hits like “Pomorac sam majko” and “Kinematograf našeg detinjstva,” earning them immediate attention from both fans and critics. Their follow-up release further solidified their position with songs such as “Pakleni vozači” and “Djevojka br. 8.”

In 1981, they performed their biggest concert at the Belgrade Hippodrome in front of over 50,000 people. After Obradović left the band, bassist Bruno Langer took over as lead vocalist. Their most successful album, Mentalna higijena (1982), includes evergreen tracks like “Treba imat dušu” and “Žuti kišobran.” The band remains active today, continuing to perform for a loyal fanbase across the region.
