AN INVITATION TO ALL THE NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS TO PRESENT THEMSELVES AT
BELGRADE BEER FEST
UŠĆE 12^th - 16^th AUGUST 2009

Hereby, Belgrade Cultural Network invites all the non governmental organizations, from Serbia and region, to present their work to the public and visitors, during the seventh Belgrade Beer Fest, from August 12^th till August 16^th 2009. Non-governmental organizations will present their programme at the busiest festival location called "Recycling street".

This year, entire PR and marketing campaign, under the name "I choose to recycle" is dedicated to the environment protection, with a special view to the subject of recycling. These organizations are free to present themselves with their suggestions for the workshops, performances, prizes or any other form which they consider to be an appropriate presentation of their work and socially responsible notation of the Belgrade Beer Festival. Hereby, we also refer to those non-governmental organizations, which do not have environmental protection activities as a part of their programme.

Programme proposals should be comprised out of the basic organization data, along with the detailed activity description, all the necessary technical conditions, number of participants and their names.

All the organizations interested to take part in this Festival should send their programmes and activity plan to the e-mail address: the.skrba@gmail.com.

Application deadline: July 1^st 2009.

We will take into consideration only those organizations which send their proposals by an e-mail!

After that, the organizers will contact the chosen organizations by an e-mail not later than July 5^th 2009.

Furthermore, the organizer of the Festival will provide the chosen non-governmental organizations with all the necessary accreditations.
